Trade Account

Thank you for your interest in opening a trade account with us. Please contact us at sales@blueisle.co.uk with any queries and to apply. We would like a little basic information about the company before offering trade discounts.

Our Trade Discount

We prefer to offer bespoke trade quotations to interior designers so that we can give the best discount available on individual items. This can also often depend on stock levels. Please email us with your requirements for a quote.

• Purchases of a minimum £3000 per annum to keep the trade account open and retain trade discount into a second year.
• If a trade individual or company purchases in excess of £15,000 annually then an additional discount will be negotiated on an individual basis
• The anniversary date of the trade account for the purposes of reviewing discounts, will be the date on the application form
• Further trade discount will not be given on sale items, discount relates to the full price as published in our catalogue.

Payments and Ordering

• Please send through trade orders to sales@blueisle.co.uk with any relevant job reference or purchase order number
• An online invoice will be created and e-mailed, applying relevant discounts
• Payment can be made securely online, or by bank transfer, for trade orders

Deliveries and Returns

• Please see our website for full details of delivery and returns terms and conditions.We accept returns if notified within 7 days, unused and in original packaging. Heavy goods returned after delivery incur a £50 collection charge.
• In unusual circumstances of delivery of a faulty item, there is no collection charge, but please notify us immediately
• Delivery timings are estimates: we are depending on our external logistics company. We will do everything we can to get deliveries for projects as quickly as possible, but please note that we cannot be liable for any losses incurred on projects due to unexpected delays in delivery of items, and delivery timescales do not form part of a contract.
• Delivery charges will be as indicated on our website for individual items,but we will provide individual estimates for larger trade orders delivered to one location, please contact us on sales@blueisle.co.uk for trade delivery estimates • We do not normally deliver outside mainland England and Wales – additional charges apply for delivery to Scotland : please contact us for delivery quotations for other destinations.
